Your reservation will immediately be reflected in the master and in your "My Reservations" section. After confirmation by the master of your reservation, it remains to meet at the appointed time to complete the procedure.
Select the menu item "Place an order". In the lower right corner, click on the icon, and the application form will open for you. Choose the category of service you are interested in, add the name of the service, the budget that you are willing to pay, indicate your address where you want the master to perform the service, the date and the time that suits you; Add a description according to your individual request, attach a photo to the application (optional). Correctly completed profiles help your customers quickly navigate the services offered and find all the necessary information about you and the service. They will also see your rating and feedback on the work done, which will help them make the right choice when searching for a wizard for a particular service.
After the customer orders your services, a new request will appear in the Booking section, which must be accepted or rejected. In this section in the lower right corner, by clicking on the icon, you can check the status of your reservations (Pending Order, Accepted Orders, Rejected Orders, Completed Orders). Waiting for an order - the client has booked one of your services. You must accept the order or decline. Accepted Orders - as soon as you meet with the client and begin to perform the service, click “Proceed” and begin the procedure. Your card for this service will move to the "Current Booking" section in the main menu. After completing the service, click on the button “Finish work” Rejected Orders - All rejected reservations are displayed here. Completed Orders - This section reports on all completed work.
In the “Find a Job” section, Customer Requests for an individual service are displayed. You can respond to this request by clicking "Accept" and add your offer and price to the description. You can check the status of your proposal in the "My Applications" section. After the customer approves your application, your status will change to confirmed. It remains to meet with the client and proceed with the application by clicking on the “Get started” button. Your card for this service will move to the "Current Booking" section in the main menu. After the service is completed, the client is offered several payment options: online payment, cash, or pay with a wallet.
